Job shadow

Has your student ever wondered what it would be like to have a career in the semiconductor industry? Our job shadow program helps high school students learn what it’s like to have a career at Micron.

Experience a day in the life at Micron

High school students visit a Micron site for a day. Based on career interests, they’re matched with professionals who show students where they work, share job details and let students glimpse a “day in the life” at Micron. Lunch is provided, and experts answer students’ questions.

Students must register for the job shadow program, which is offered at Micron’s Boise campus and expanding to other sites soon.
